Ingredients:
- 1 kg of onions;
- 1 liter of water;
- 400 grams of brown sugar;
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric;
- Small peeled ginger root.

Preparation:
- Put the sugar in the water and place it on fire.
- Peel the onions and cut them into quarters.
- Add them to the mixture along with the ground ginger and turmeric.
- Reduce the heat when the mixture starts to boil, and cook it until the liquid is reduced by half.
- When you are done cooking, strain the resulting mixture and transfer it into a glass jar.
- When the mixture cools, place the jar in the fridge.

You should consume two tablespoon of this remedy in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening two hours before dinner.
