But for some foods, a better rule would be: It will taste awful, make you sick, or explode all over your ice-cube tray.
Some foods should not put inside Freezer
Everyone knows once the food has been placed in the freezer it no longer has the same taste. On the other hand, if you freeze some foods, their taste will change significantly, moreover, it will become terrible. In addition, there are some foods that you must not freeze, because these foods can cause indigestion and also other diseases due to increased bacteria.

Eggs
Do not freeze eggs because they can rupture and release harmful bacteria. If they break while they are in the ice, you will most certainly not like their flavor after they defrost. This also applies to the raw and heat-treated eggs and egg-based sauces.

Egg-Based Sauces
Mayonnaise, hollandaise, custards, and meringues just don't hold up in a freezer. They leak liquid and take on a texture you definitely don't want from anything egg-related.

You should not freeze foods such as watermelon, apples, cucumber, celery and peaches unless you're planning on eating them frozen. Once you defrost them, you will see that they have morphed into something limp, soggy specimens, and the flavor is significantly changed.

Dairy products
Milk, soft cheeses (like ricotta, sour cream, and cream cheese), and yogurt all suffer from the same problem: separation and curdling. these dairy products will completely coagulate once they are frozen. The fat will be separated from the water, and the taste and the texture will become unrecognizable. it is Not anything you ever want to experience first-hand.

However, remember that the leaves have to be fresh. If you don’t use raw fresh papaya leaves, the outcome might not be that good and the positive effect will be minimized. You need about two leaves for each treatment. Take two tablespoons of juice every six hours, three times a day and you will certainly feel better.

2. The Paste Method. You can use a food processor or a grinder to turn the leaves into a paste. However, because it is quite bitter, it is recommended to mix it with some fresh juice. Take four teaspoons twice a day. After two to three days , you will see the difference.

Place jicama in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and add the juice of 1 lime. Let jicama stand 15 minutes. While jicama softens, work on the rest of your meal.

Arrange lettuce on a serving plate and topped with jicama. Juice 1 lime into a small bowl, add cilantro. Whisk in extra-virgin olive oil in a slow stream. Pour dressing over salad and season with salt and pepper. Serve for a healthy meal.
